World Class Primal Salad with Salmon

Jonas Colting offers us his quick and easy recipe for "World Class Primal Salad with Salmon."

Ingredients

  • Fresh piece of wild salmon
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon
  • Baby spinach
  • Chard
  • Arugula
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Pea sprouts
  • Snap peas
  • Avocado
  • Pomegranate
  • Sharon citrus
  • Mango
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Make a huge salad from the veggies and fruits and add a generous squirt of olive oil on top. Feel free to throw in some true European flavor by adding some shredded Parmesan cheese. And please, real cheese, not from a can ;)
  2. In a pan, lightly cook the salmon with some butter. Add a pinch of sea salt and a lemon squish for flavor.

This is as good as a salad gets, folks!

Tip: Peeling a pomegranate is done best in a sink. The juice stains, so be sure to peel away from you. Cut the fruit in half and turn it inside out to get to the tasty red seeds. Pick away the white stuff; they say it´s healthy but it tastes bitter;)
