Colting Cakes

This is a great recipe for those who love pancakes but who want a healthier alternative without grains and milk!

5 eggs
1 banana
1 large chunk of almond- or peanut - butter
Sea salt
Ground cinnamom
Chia seeds (your choice)

Stir it up with a hand mixer and batter in butter as you would any other pancake.

Eat with fresh berries and some whipped cream.
...and I'm talking about real whipped cream; not the stuff out of a can!
