Italian Carpaccio  

Ingredients 

  • Prime beef
  • Arugula
  • Fresh basil
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parmesan, non-grated

Directions

  1. Slice very thin layers of the uncooked prime beef and cover the entire bottom of a plate.
  2. Add salt and ground pepper and dress it with a generous layer of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Squeeze some lemon juice on top of the dish. Then add a thick layer of arugula over this and top with the basil. Grate the parmesan cheese to chunky pieces. Enjoy with a glass of wine!
